Question: Do you accept Paypal?
Answer:  We do accept Paypal!  Please send us an email to customerservice@eilatan.com so we can send you an invoice.  Just let us know which shoes you are looking for, the size, and an email address associated with your account.

Question: What if I buy a shoe at the lower price or on sale and it's damaged?
Answer:  If you buy a shoe at the lower price or on sale and it's get damaged during shipping or the shoe is defective, we will gladly return and refund or exchange the shoes for you!  We stand by all of our products and are confident you will receive 100% new and mint products.  However, sometimes the unfortunate happens and we'll be here to help.

Question: What does an AVS Mismatch error mean?  Why am I still getting charged?
Answer: An "AVS mismatch" error occurs when the address information you have provided for your credit card does not match what your creditor has on record for you. If you are having trouble getting the address to be accepted, you may wish to contact your creditor to see how the zip code appears in their records. Also, the charges that you see on your credit statements (especially if online banking) are actually not charges.  These are temporary authorizations and your bank will drop these within 1-5 business days depending on their policy.

Question: How long does it take to ship?
Answer: We process orders (processing and shipping) within 24 hours.  We ship UPS ground and all your packages will come with tracking numbers.  Shipping to West Coast takes 1-2 business days and shipping to the East Coast from Los Angeles, California takes 4-5 business days.

Question: Are your shoes real/authentic?
Answer: We are an authorized dealer for all of our shoes brand!  We operate two retail stores, one in the Beverly Center in Los Angeles, CA and the other at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, CA.  It would be impossible to sell fake/counterfeits in two of Southern California's prime shopping destinations..
