We will gladly refund/exchange any item purchased at regular price (no 15% discount taken) within 20 days from time of receipt and will send you a free shipping label if the below guidelines are met:

The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must be unworn and in "as new" condition.
The Free Return Policy must not have been declined.
Our return shipping label is used.

You may place your request for a FREE Return Shipping Label to CustomerService@Eilatan.com along with your order confirmation number and the reason it is being returned. You may also call us at 949-722-6862 and talk to one of our agents who will gladly help you process your return!  We will give you a response within 24-48 hours and email you the appropriate Return Shipping Label free of charge.

All sale items and items purchased at the lower price, 15% discount are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.  All these items are a final sale unless there is a defect or error in shipping.  If there is an error or defect in shipping, we'll gladly send you a free return label, exchange or refund your money!

We are confident that we have some of the lowest prices on the internet. We will gladly price match any competitor's retail price for an identical item at the time of purchase.
